About The Position

TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company committed to fighting crime and creating a safer world. By leveraging blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics, our products empower governments, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to combat illicit activity and global security threats. At TRM, you'll join a mission-driven, fast-paced team made up of experts in law enforcement, data science, engineering, and financial intelligence, tackling complex global challenges daily. Whether analyzing blockchain data, developing cutting-edge tools, or collaborating with global organizations, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact. The Sales team at TRM is small but mighty — a fast-moving group at the heart of revenue, partnerships, and customer impact. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to partner closely with our VP of Sales and GTM leadership, ensuring priorities are aligned, time is well spent, and execution runs smoothly. This is a temporary role (4–6 months), U.S.-based, and remote. It’s perfect for someone who thrives on building clarity, keeping leaders and teams accountable, and enabling speed at scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant (EA), ideally supporting GTM (Sales, Marketing, or Revenue) leaders in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive on managing complexity and creating clarity.
  • Strong Communicator: You write clear recaps, concise async updates, and polished project briefs.
  • Proactive & Resourceful: You anticipate needs, chase down next steps, and surface blockers before they escalate.
  • Sales/GTM-Savvy: You’ve supported commercial leaders and understand the rhythms of pipelines, priorities, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Tech-Comfortable: You’re fluent in GCal, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and spreadsheets — and you pick up new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling for the VP of Sales (internal/external meetings, travel, recurring cadences), proactively resolving conflicts and aligning priorities across time zones.
  • Attend GTM leadership meetings, capture notes and decisions, distribute clear recaps, and drive accountability by tracking follow-ups and deadlines.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, reimbursements, and travel logistics with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to track quarterly OKRs, escalate blockers, and build lightweight processes/tools (dashboards, trackers) to ensure objectives stay on track.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and offsites while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Benefits

  • Generous benefits, including PTO, Holidays, and Parental Leave for full time employees.
