This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and strategic coordination across the organization. Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible work hours.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Passionate about supporting a mission-driven leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, and other key events.
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage other administrative tasks as needed.
