About The Position
The Executive Legal Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support to a Vice President and two Senior Counsels who are part of a team handling a wide variety of legal matters related to the development and production of scripted programming for HBO & HBO Max Series, Limited Series, and Films. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively in a fast-paced, exciting entertainment production environment with the department's attorneys, paralegals, assistants, and colleagues across HBO & HBO Max, as well as our production partners and talent representatives. This individual must be proactive and able to prioritize well while balancing ever-changing needs in a demanding television production environment. It is an essential function of this position that the work be performed from the Company's offices, pursuant to the Company's hybrid office policies, in order to provide real-time, in-person support to the department, fostering seamless coordination and collaboration across creative and operational teams.
