About The Position

Recently awarded ‘Most Promising Fintech Startup’ by CitiBank and Visa, Sedric serves clients on three continents. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and lead our New York site operations. This is a unique opportunity to act as the CEO’s right hand, driving key initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic goals in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years in a strategic role, or as a former entrepreneur with operations or business experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a track record of making independent decisions and leading initiatives
  • Proficiency in G-Suite is essential, and experience with a task management system is required, familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, focusing on business, management, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a trusted confidant to the CEO
  • Oversee and manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications to optimize their effectiveness and productivity
  • Lead and coordinate high-impact meetings, ensuring agendas are aligned with company objectives and outcomes are actioned
  • Drive the day-to-day operations of the New York site, ensuring operational excellence and addressing any challenges that arise
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and other documents that support strategic decision-making
  • Identify and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful completion
