Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior executive, C-suite, or hospital leadership strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare background experience is preferred.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degrees is preferred.
  • Experience managing projects, coordinating meetings and follow up on actions/deliverables preferred.
  • Advance communication (verbally and written) and technical skills (Google suite) of crafting presentations and spreadsheets experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare or coordinate the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, process and edit financial or operational information, data and documents, including materials necessary for meetings, special projects and reports.
  • Attend meetings, keep records of all proceedings and act as custodian for all related documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute subsequent correspondence as needed, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
  • Prioritize, receive, and screen visitors and telephone calls. Maintain assigned calendar(s).
