Our Executive Assistant completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for our Executive Leadership team and our Senior leadership team. This includes managing scheduling, prioritizing and handling correspondences, directing incoming inquiries, processing expense reports, managing complex travel plans, and coordinating meetings and events for executives. This position requires someone with a great attitude and a can-do frame of mind, a team player who can handle multiple tasks with grace, self-assurance, and is excited by the challenge of a high level of responsibility and visibility in a growing and dynamic company. Additionally, the role involves office management responsibilities such as meeting preparations, coordinating catered lunches, sorting and distributing mail, and welcoming visitors.
