We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant & Office Operations professional to support our CEO and leadership team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Albuquerque headquarters. This role is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and highly service-driven.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Professional, warm, and service-oriented presence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating interviews, calendars, and events preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and additional executives as needed.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle expenses.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Manage and triage inbound requests, proactively prioritizing executive time and attention against strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate recruiting logistics including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onsite visit logistics.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and general organization of the space.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors; manage front desk, mail, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, and equipment.
  • Support shared office and tenant coordination to ensure a high-quality onsite experience.
  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for guests, new tenants and hires during their initial visits and first weeks in the office
  • Assist in planning and executing team events, offsites, workshops, and internal meetings.
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, catering, space setup, and materials.
  • Support a welcoming, well-run office culture through thoughtful coordination and execution.
  • Provide logistical support to Venture Architect and Pod teams as required.
