As an Executive Assistant supporting the Sales function at Sierra, you will provide a wide range of strategic and administrative support to our executive Sales leadership team. Your role will involve proactively managing and prioritizing the executive's calendar, planning and executing internal and external events, collaborating with leaders and team members to ensure effective meetings, drafting correspondence, booking travel, and maintaining confidentiality with all materials and information. Additionally, you will oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, greet visitors, coordinate with building management, assist with new hire onboarding, and improve administrative systems as part of Sierra's founding admin team.
