As we grow our presence in San Francisco, we’re investing in a dedicated office space to support our team, partners, and mission. We’re looking for a Bay Area-based office manager/executive assistant and operations generalist to help make that office — and the people working in it — run smoothly. The Role: We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives and help keep our office running smoothly as we grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of operations, anticipating needs, and ensuring leaders can focus on the highest-impact work. The right person is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion. This individual will provide executive and operational support across the team, while also owning the day-to-day operations of our downtown San Francisco office. You’ll be the first person in this role and will operate as a one-person admin and office admin function at the start — building systems, solving problems, and taking ownership of whatever needs doing. The scope will evolve based on your strengths and the company’s needs.
