About The Position

Wowza is seeking an individual to support our executive suite team and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for Wowza's employees and guests at our company headquarters in Lakewood, CO. This role will have the opportunity to impact the day-to-day operations of our office and facility. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, will be incredibly well organized, enthusiastic, and have a proactive problem-solving mindset. This position will be based in our Denver Metro area headquarters and must be available to be onsite.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great attention to detail and process.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the initiative to 'get things done.'
  • Highly organized and a self-starter.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Be Adaptable to changing conditions and tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Executive team.
  • Manage multiple calendars concurrently.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries as requested.
  • Maintain professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Inventory, ordering and stocking, snacks, beverages and office supplies.
  • Meeting Preparation - food, venue, room coordination and set-up.
  • Coordinate with vendors and input tickets as needed.
  • Receiving guests and meeting with vendors.
  • Shipping, receiving and distributing packages.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized.

Benefits

  • Total Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
