About The Position

Revalize is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with Office Management experience to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team while ensuring smooth operations in our Northern Virginia office. This dual role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location Onsite in Reston, VA (5 days/week)

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience as an EA, Office Manager, or in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with budget tracking, travel coordination, and event planning
  • Professional, personable, and approachable demeanor
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for the executive team, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing tasks
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing workload and time effectively, anticipating conflicts, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Take meeting minutes and maintain organized records of key projects and initiatives
  • Leverage AI-powered productivity tools to streamline executive scheduling, automate routine communications, and optimize travel and meeting logistics
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including workspace management, supplies, and mail
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office needs, ensuring a productive and welcoming workspace
  • Manage office budgets, invoices, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Plan and execute team meetings, off-sites, and corporate events, including vendor coordination and on-site logistics
  • Act as a liaison with building management
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics to monitor office resource usage, generate actionable reports, and support data-driven decision-making for office management
