About The Position

Capital One is looking for a detail oriented, innovative, and confident experienced Executive Assistant. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of Administrative experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in calendar management supporting executives.
  • 5+ years of meeting and event planning experience.
  • 5+ years of experience setting up video conference and Zoom or Skype technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional standard of support for the executive by serving as the central point of contact.
  • Manage daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Arrange in-person and virtual meetings and team events by creating and sending invitations, reserving meeting rooms, and organizing catering and audio/video services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business priorities and provide effective support.
  • Organize international and domestic travel arrangements and create expense reports for the executive.
  • Serve as a role model for other administrative professionals by mentoring others and maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Manage multiple projects, take on new responsibilities, and autonomously provide solutions and assistance.
  • Manage scheduling using Google Calendar and coordinate in-person, hybrid, and remote meetings.
  • Utilize Google Suite and Slack to effectively communicate and collaborate with executives and stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the Chief of Staff Team in planning and coordinating Senior Leadership offsites and organization-wide meetings.
