Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring it represents our company's image.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Support additional administrative functions, including office management and team communications.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain executive filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless office experience.
  • Coordinate and manage company-wide events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and annual celebrations.
