About The Position

Red Bull Records is an independent record label offering comprehensive services focused on long-term artist development, featuring a diverse lineup across various musical genres. The Executive Assistant for the Marketing & Creative team helps oversee daily operations while proactively supporting the Chief Marketing & Creative Officer. This position ensures smooth departmental operations through competent administrative management and support. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic environments, understands the distinct requirements of the music and entertainment industries, and consistently upholds the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Proven experience in booking international travel and managing logistics.
• Must possess a keen attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• High emotional intelligence required; discretion and professionalism are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills; experience with artists, talent, and creatives is preferred.
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be a team player willing to assist whenever needed, always thinking two steps ahead.
• The position requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation platforms is required.
• A passion for music and an understanding of the music industry and creative arts is considered a significant advantage.
