This position will support multiple senior leaders, including the Vice Presidents of Marketing; Sales & Business Development; Security, Facilities & Risk; Human Resources; and General Counsel. The key responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support, including potential meeting coordination, calendar management, expense reporting, invoice processing, preparation of agendas and correspondence, and support special projects as needed.
