About The Position

The Executive Assistant, Integrated Marketing works closely with the SVP and VP, Integrated Marketing providing administrative and departmental support including asset management, presentation creation and scheduling, and limited admin support such as scheduling meetings, travel planning and expenses. The role will work closely with the Director and Managers, Integrated Marketing supporting film projects as assigned, including receiving, filing, distributing and tracking approved assets cross-divisionally using the studio-approved secure asset systems and processes, and communicating with both the production / production liaison and cross-divisional contacts to ensure this process is done in a timely and efficient manner. The position also supports the Integrated Marketing team in creating storytelling presentations, pitch decks and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must have minimum 2 years administrative work experience.
  • Previous experience in marketing field required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates secure delivery/receipt of production assets directly with the film production/production liaison on set.
  • Responsible for the file maintenance and delivery of received film assets to all approved and relevant parties.
  • Provides general administrative support to the SVP and VP Integrated Marketing team as required, including scheduling meetings; coordinating travel; processing expense reports.
  • Supports processing of production and other brand-related assets, including the tracking of such assets through regular reports and updates.
  • Assists in the coordination of special events and projects as needed.
  • On occasion, serves as back-up to assist EVP, Global Strategy, Integrated Planning & Synergy on duties as assigned (scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, A/V coordination for meetings, etc.).
