About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Transaction Risk. This role is pivotal, requiring a strong focus and execution in handling a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling. The Executive Assistant will effectively prioritize amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring the appropriate level of urgency is applied. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking the Vice President's meeting priorities and emails, managing travel and expenses, and providing comprehensive administrative support. The role also involves managing multiple tasks, documentation follow-ups, and preparation for the VP, ensuring timely action on deliverables.

Requirements

  • Advanced organization and calendar management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and adaptability.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to make smart and timely decisions.
  • 3-4 years of experience, ideally.
  • Experience supporting high-level management, such as VPs, experienced VPs, or CEOs.
  • At least two years of college required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritization.
  • Monitor and track meeting priorities and emails for the Vice President.
  • Act as a proxy for the VP when necessary.
  • Manage travel and expense coordination.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support functions.
  • Manage multiple tasks and action items with appropriate follow-up.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for VP's deliverables.
