About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and two years of administrative experience, or an Associate's Degree and four years of administrative experience, or a High School Diploma and six years of administrative experience.
  • Expert level administrative support and project management skills.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Familiarity with office management and daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Produces correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, drafts, and models.
  • Expedites the production of special reports, brochures, and manuals, coordinating with various departments and vendors.
  • Attends meetings as a recording secretary for committees and boards.
  • Composes or selects letters based on supervisor's instructions and responds to routine inquiries.
  • Arranges meetings, special events, and travel for extended trips and groups.
  • Coordinates large internal and external meetings, seminars, and similar events.
  • Communicates with high-level executives to exchange critical information and expedite matters.
  • Processes and follows up on office administrative paperwork, such as purchase requisitions and expense vouchers.
  • Prepares and manages the departmental operating budget, monitoring expenditures.
  • Independently performs assigned portions of sensitive projects and prepares reports for action by superiors.
  • Maintains files and records of sensitive information for efficient retrieval.
  • Ensures adequate inventory of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
