About The Position

The Executive Assistant HR provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of NAM HR and Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as the HR Department. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management of daily operations and effective communication within the department and with other executives.

Requirements

  • Four-year College or University degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related senior-level administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and administration, applying appropriate expertise and decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively by telephone, in person, via e-mail, and as required to reflect the goals of the department.
  • Manage the executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and competing demands on executive availability.
  • Establish and maintain practices for accurate record-keeping and efficient information processing.
  • Support departmental operations during the executive's absence, maintaining communication and facilitating timely decisions.
  • Ensure effective communication between the executive and adidas departments and facilities.
  • Perform research for special assignments and prepare professional presentations for the SVP, HR.
  • Plan meetings, including arrangements for facilities, catering, AV equipment, agendas, and scheduling materials preparation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support services, including meeting facilitation, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Collect, sort, and prioritize daily mail and correspondence, responding when appropriate.
  • Order and maintain supplies and equipment.
  • Process monthly expenses and route invoices for signature and timely payment.
