monday.com is seeking a proactive, high-performing Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our US VP of Sales and Global VP of Revenue Operations. This individual will serve as a partner-managing administrative operations, optimizing executive time, and driving initiatives that enable focus and execution at the highest level within a rapidly growing SaaS organization. This is a hybrid position based in our vibrant NYC office, with in-person presence required three days per week.

  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and internal/external correspondence.
  • Own and optimize Leadership's schedule-ensuring clear agendas, appropriate prioritization, and full preparation for all meetings and engagements.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper: assessing meeting requests and ensuring they are aligned with priorities, prepared adequately, and support productive outcomes.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and operational gaps while offering forward-thinking solutions before challenges arise.
  • Support logistics for internal and external events, offsites, and team meetings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams globally to ensure clear communication and seamless alignment with our international colleagues.
  • Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and other high-visibility materials.
  • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities in support of the leaders and their leadership team.
  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles, at least 3 years supporting SVP or C-level leaders in fast-paced, large, global organizations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with a high bar for quality.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset-you seek continuous improvement, own your work with pride, and learn quickly from feedback.
  • Highly responsive - As a representative of the executive, you ensure all internal and external constituents are engaged with and feel seen and heard.
  • Master of time management, with an innate ability to multitask, adapt, and remain composed in a fast-changing environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting sales executives or leaders in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Previous work in a high-growth organization
  • A variety of experience in both start-ups and large enterprises
  • Interest in the SaaS industry and a desire to grow a long-term career within it
