About The Position
As the Executive Business Partner to both our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Design, you will be at the heart of supporting our product development organization. This highly visible and impactful role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for facilitating seamless collaboration between these C-level executives, internal stakeholders, external partners, and the broader organization, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of key initiatives. Your ability to synthesize diverse information, make informed decisions with clarity, and manage rapidly shifting priorities is crucial. This role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and able to navigate the dynamic nature of executive schedules and organizational changes with precision and composure.
