About The Position

Disney Entertainment Television is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support two Directors of Casting for 20th Television. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a passion for the entertainment industry. As an Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the Directors of Casting by managing high-level administrative responsibilities, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in talent representation and/or casting for film, television, agency, or theater, with successful project outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with leaders, talent, and partners
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience on a high-volume desk
  • Experience using Concur, SAP, Workday systems, Airtable, and Zoom
  • Familiarity with IMDB, Studio System, PIX, CastIt, and FastCapture

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support including managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, and preparing for daily engagements
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the two Directors of Casting and internal teams, talent representatives, and external partners
  • Handle all communications with professionalism and discretion, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner
  • Draft, edit, and format presentations, casting memos, and other documents with accuracy and polish
  • Track deadlines and deliverables across multiple casting projects and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support casting events, talent outreach, and internal presentations as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Provide general office support to the Casting team, including managing supplies and coordinating with facilities as needed
