Requirements

• Associate degree in a secretarial or related field or equivalent three years Administrative Assistant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel.
• Supports one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs.
• Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
• Creating and developing visual presentations for executives.
• Organizing and prioritizing large volume of incoming calls.
• Maintaining confidential and non-routine information.
• Acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff.
• Developing reports and composing and editing correspondence.
• Interfacing effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with management, other employees, and the public.
• Identifying problems and recommending solutions.
• Establishing priorities and coordinating work activities.
• Reacting calmly and effectively in stressful working situations.
• Anticipating the needs of superiors before they ask.
