The position coordinates administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel. Supports one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, creating and developing visual presentations for executives, and organizing and prioritizing a large volume of incoming calls. The role also involves maintaining confidential and non-routine information and acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff. Additionally, the position requires developing reports, composing and editing correspondence, and interfacing effectively with all levels of personnel. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, other employees, and the public is essential. Candidates should be able to identify problems and recommend solutions, establish priorities, coordinate work activities, and react calmly and effectively in stressful working situations. Anticipating the needs of superiors before they ask is a great asset.
