The position involves coordinating administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel. This includes supporting upper management personnel for all administrative needs, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, creating and developing visual presentations for executives, and organizing and prioritizing a large volume of incoming calls. The role also requires maintaining confidential and non-routine information, acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff, developing reports, composing and editing correspondence, and interfacing effectively with all levels of personnel.
