About The Position

The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Division or Entity SVP. This role is responsible for managing complex administrative functions, including report preparation, research, project coordination, and executive-level support, while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Schedule This is an onsite position with standard hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a half-day Friday twice per month. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of filing systems, document management, and records retention policies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex administrative tasks, including preparing detailed documents and reports to support the SVP.
  • Manage daily office operations and execute a variety of administrative and word processing tasks to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, conduct research, reconcile budgets, and complete expense reports and personnel-related documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain record-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, interacting with internal and external stakeholders via phone and in person, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Direct inquiries to appropriate team members while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Handle all information with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
