Skyworks' Cedar Rapids design center is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our managers and employees with a diverse set of responsibilities and provide general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Requires HS or equivalent and minimum 4+ years administrative experience including ability to read instructions and maintain records
  • Must have experience using specialized equipment including facsimile machines, copiers, computers and printers
  • Candidate should be eager to learn, detail oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ideal candidate will be a motivated and proactive self-starter who is able to work with direction as part of a team, and be productive while working unsupervised
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to work with colleagues at all levels as well as external candidates with the goal of providing an exceptional experience with Skyworks

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support of management and executive staff
  • Pay monthly facility utilities
  • Support on-boarding activities
  • Visitor reception and phone coverage
  • Interface with contractors for facility maintenance, repairs
  • Oversee and manage janitorial service provider
  • Administrative support for a product development staff of ~150
  • Expense report submission
  • Schedule meetings for staff and visitors, including room setup and amenity coordination
  • Manage VP calendar/schedules, coordinate travel plans
  • Order miscellaneous materials and office supplies
  • Shipping, receiving, and distribution
  • Coordinate employee events
  • Talent Acquisition support including interview scheduling and candidate travel coordination
  • Engineering Lab administrative support
  • Interface with site security contractors
  • Coordinate with facilities and legal on contracts needed
  • Ownership of site NDA documentation
  • SAP record maintenance
