Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years in wound care with progressive responsibility.
  • 5+ years in medical sales is mandatory.
  • Experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics preferred.
  • O.R./Surgical/VAC submission experience required.
  • Experience with skin substitutes is a plus.
  • Previous experience in startup and medium-sized companies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Identify targets and execute selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practices.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing best practices for targeting and reimbursement strategies.
  • Contribute key insights to demonstrate an understanding of the marketplace and strategic opportunities.
  • Utilize approved corporate literature and scientific data in presentations to customers.
  • Provide detailed reporting and tracking of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry products and market updates.
  • Ensure conformity with company guidelines, compliance standards, and legal regulations.
  • Assist in training field Area Managers and participate in education and mentorship roles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
