About The Position

The essential functions include but are not limited to: Manage scheduling and correspondence for the CEO Coordinate special invitations received by the NASDA office for staff Develop and send Thank You letters for NASDA events from the CEO Assist with regular partner communications from the CEO Manage weekly expense reporting for the CEO Coordinate maintenance requests with the building Serve as backup support for IT troubleshooting Lead NASDA in-office hospitality efforts (greet guests, order staff meals, coordinate staff celebrations, order bereavement flowers, etc) Lead NASDA contact management using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and nasda.org All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Coordinator, Executive Administrator (1+ years of experience)
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve problems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentations skills
  • Superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
  • High level of independence in day-to-day tasks
  • Self-motivated as well as a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented work environment
  • Willing to learn new duties and technology-related skills as required

Nice To Haves

  • An understanding of agriculture and NASDA is preferred

Responsibilities
