This position is accountable for performing a wide variety of administrative support tasks for the following Philadelphia Site Leadership teams (SLT): General Manager, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Project Management, Continuous Improvement and Environmental Health and Safety. This is a full-time on-site hourly position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor's degree and 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting leadership teams
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office to include Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Calendar Management
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and schedule Outlook calendar for members of the SLT
  • Develop agendas for individuals visiting the Philadelphia site and forward corresponding Outlook appointments
  • Schedule and prepare for weekly SLT and Forecasting meetings; Prepare agenda in advance; Forward meeting notes
  • Interact with various levels of contacts inside the company to gather and prepare information relative to the executive's function
  • Field general inquiries from site employees
  • Schedule and execute presentations for Quarterly Town Hall Meetings
  • Update and follow through on delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
  • Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, often involving research, data analysis, and report preparation
  • Other duties as assigned
