About The Position

As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide direct support to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and accountability across multiple hotel functions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative, compliance, or hospitality experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality operations, vendor management, and capital project tracking.
  • Knowledge of Marriott PMS, Marriott GXP, White Lodging systems, Micros, and Revinate.

Responsibilities

  • Track audit results (internal, BSA, risk, health inspector, Flight Plan, METS) and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain permit logs and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
  • Assist with CapEx and UCERF tracking, including vendor communication and management.
  • Support Accounting with daily check drop reconciliation and manage mail distribution across departments.
  • Manage Revinate and social media response tracking for the hotel and outlets.
  • Provide Marriott/ADMIN system support, including access approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records for permits, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
