This role will act as a strategic support partner to senior leadership, with primary responsibility for complex travel arrangements and calendar management. Ensures seamless logistics, prioritization, and time optimization, while managing core operational tasks such as expense reporting, meeting coordination, and executive support. Operates with high judgment, discretion, confidentiality and proactive ownership.
