About The Position

Executive Assistant for Senior Level Leaders (ED/SED+) Represent and support Senior Executive Director with administrative duties including organizing agendas, scheduling, and travel support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role with a focus on communications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slido, etc. ).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Certification in administrative or communications management (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking travel arrangements and troubleshooting travel changes, delays and cancellations.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and promptly resolve.
  • Manage complex visa requirements for international travel.
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings in the Atlanta office, at other GE Vernova facilities and virtually.
  • Process Travel and Living (T&L) expenses in line with GE Vernova T&L Policy.
  • Prepare, distribute and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration operations, including supplies management and vendor relations.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for the executive team.
  • Develop and circulate communication materials under the CEO header to ensure clear and consistent messaging within the organization while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all communication channels. Includes announcements and various updates.
  • Other administrative projects depending on executive needs.
