Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant
  • Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workspace and Office 365
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars for executives
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Maximizing the executive’s time by managing correspondence and other tasks
  • Managing multiple email inboxes for executives
  • Handling expense management and reporting
  • Providing customer/supplier support as needed
  • Executing additional administrative responsibilities as assigned
