This Executive Administrative Assistant role in Fort Worth, Texas supports Human Resources leadership and plays a key part in enabling a high performing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to multiple Human Resources Directors, helping to keep priorities aligned and operations running smoothly. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate key activities, and ensure seamless execution of administrative functions. Your ability to stay organized, anticipate needs, and handle sensitive information with care will directly support leadership effectiveness and team success. What You Will Be Doing: You will support Human Resources leadership by ensuring day to day operations run efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Manage dynamic calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple leaders and teams Arrange travel and complete expense reporting in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics to support team operations Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and proprietary information Support administrative needs for the HR organization including office coordination Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage workflows and documentation Contribute to special projects that support organizational priorities and personal growth What’s In It For You: Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using databases and software for scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reimbursement.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

  • Experience supporting executive leadership in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems with minimal direction.
  • Experience managing high-volume, complex calendars across multiple time zones with shifting priorities.
