Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric and tech savvy Administrative Assistant to support senior executives in our Corporate Payments and Treasury Solutions business line. We are looking for polished communication skills, the ability to multi-task and strong technical skills to assist executives and their team members with support items. Strong collaboration with other administrative staff is an important part of this role. This individual must be a self-starter that looks ahead proactively and anticipates the needs of those they support, and the be able to react immediately when needed. Duties include, but are not limited to: Calendar management Completing expense reports and tracking Event planning Meeting coordination, both remotely and onsite Conducting special projects Creating PowerPoint Presentations Travel arrangements Assist with employee onboarding Backup of other administrative staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Very strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
