Requirements

  • You're a proactive problem solver who can "see around corners" to anticipate needs and have information ready before it's requested.
  • You possess a "global navigator" mindset with a proven ability to manage intricate logistical challenges, particularly for complex travel arrangements.
  • You are a master communicator with expert-level writing skills and the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • You're adaptable and available, understanding this is not a traditional 9-to-5 role and are willing to be available during non-standard hours to support a demanding schedule.
  • You have high proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Experience working with a Board of Directors.
  • An expert at creating beautiful, impactful presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Master the CEO's calendar: Proactively manage and optimize a demanding schedule of internal meetings, external appointments, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Serve as a communication hub: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing all incoming communications and drafting professional correspondence.
  • Navigate complex travel: Take full ownership of domestic and international travel logistics, from flights and hotels to ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
  • Drive team collaboration: Partner with the Chief of Staff and other executive assistants to coordinate crucial arrangements and help foster a positive, collaborative culture.
