We are actively searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant. Performs executive administrative support duties for the Vice President of Patient Care Services. Schedules appointments, arranges meetings and travel arrangements. Assist in the facilitation of meetings as directed. Answers telephone, screens and routes callers, takes messages and provides routine information to callers. Type's minutes of a highly confidential nature, type's memoranda, policies, committee minutes, manuals, letters, forms, procedures and other general typing as directed. Performs a variety of administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
