Executive Administrative Assistant - Part Time Administration Non-Exempt Assisting the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Director of Operations in coordinating important and timely communication and workloads related to the Office of the General Counsel, including risk management, insurance, contracts, compliance matters, and other routine legal-administrative tasks as assigned. This part-time hourly role provides core administrative and organizational support to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Operations, helping them manage calendars, communications, meetings, and follow-up on key action items. The position focuses on day-to-day coordination and support rather than broad project ownership, while still requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong judgment. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Director of Operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist with numerous organizational logistics for the COO and Executive Director of Operations Serve as a professional, discreet point of contact for routine inquiries directed to the Office of the General Counsel, routing questions appropriately and conveying information as directed by counsel Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes; track action items and help ensure timely completion Draft, proofread, format emails, letters, and basic reports or presentations, maintaining a professional tone and high attention to detail Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries to the Office of the COO and Executive Director of Operations, helping to route questions, gather information, and coordinate responses Support coordination between the COO/Operations office and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and documenting key updates as requested Maintain organized electronic files and records for the COO and Executive Director of Operations, including documents, dashboards, and reference materials Handle very confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to handle attorneyclient privileged and other sensitive information in accordance with legal and organizational requirements MINISTERIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES As an Employee of Lakewood Church, you are a part of an over 60-year legacy of faith.
