Executive Assistant to VP, Platform Governance & VP, Government Relations
About the team and role
We are looking for a high-impact Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our VP of Platform Governance, Compliance & Innovation and our VP of Government Relations & Policy.
This role is built for a professional who flourishes with accountability and high-level coordination. Our leaders operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and rely on their EA to be a proactive extension of their leadership. Requirements

• A Trusted Confidant: Understanding the weight of sensitive information. Exercising outstanding judgment and are a steady hand in fast paced situations.

• An Entrepreneurial Thinker: This is more than managing a list of "to do" items, this is solving problems before they reach the VPs’ desk. Making decisions and prioritizing independently.
• Tech-Forward: Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and AI products (Gemini, GPT, etc.).
• Experience: 6+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership (VP/SVP).
• High-Level Discretion: Strong capability to handle highly confidential information and sensitive internal/external relationships.
• Abilities: Outstanding organizational skills with a "service-forward" mentality and a track record of exceptional follow-through.
• Communication: Sophisticated written and verbal skills; ability to interact skillfully with senior executives and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Accountability: Serve as a focused gatekeeper. Handling complex priorities with intuition, ensuring the VPs stay aligned with their most critical goals while proactively managing their time and action items.
• Integrity & Confidential Governance: Given the nature of the work our VPs do, there will be access to highly critical information. This role requires outstanding judgment and discretion, maintaining professional subtlety and total confidentiality at all times.
• General Support: Ownership of intricate global travel, high-priority logistics, and expense management with a commitment to precision.
• Independent Execution: Using judgment to resolve time-sensitive issues across the organization. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, anticipating needs and taking initiative to support VPs with meeting deadlines.
• Executive Liaison: You will build strong, cross-functional relationships and maintain a positive, resilient reflection of the leadership team.
