  • Provides administrative support to US-CTO
  • Coordinates all site visits of Sales and visiting executives
  • Prepares presentation slides for CTO meetings, town halls and various visits
  • Prepares documents for meetings (presentations, minutes and agendas)
  • Coordinates travel arrangements of US-CTO
  • Coordinates shared calendars of core and SNb team members
  • Coordinates meetings including off-site planning
  • Purchases office supplies and equipment for the department
  • Organizes and processes expense reports for CTO using SAP
  • Manages day to day activities of CTO (requisitions, e-mails calendar, events)
  • Coordinates holistic site activities
  • Manages and coordinates all charitable donations and Bosch community fund
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • High-School Diploma - Required
  • 5-7 Years of Experience (Administrative/Executive Assistant Experience) - Required
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and good telephone etiquette
  • Ability to prioritize work in a highly organized manner
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations effectively and respond promptly to internal/external customer needs
  • Strong business acumen and reasoning ability
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines
  • Demonstrates sense of urgency towards meeting requirements of tasks
  • Utilizes time efficiently and meets challenges with resourcefulness
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment and integrates changes smoothly with minimal interruption to workflow
