About The Position

Reporting to the CTO, you will serve as a communication gatekeeper, facilitating communication and escalating issues to ensure team deliverables are met. This includes tracking and scheduling calendars and events. You will provide support by developing and preparing advanced Excel and PowerPoint documents and presentations. As the subject matter expert in Outlook for the team, you will help maximize the effective and efficient use of the software. Your role will involve interfacing with the team, clients, vendors, and internal support groups in a professional and confident manner. You will make arrangements and reservations for meetings, training, and conference calls, prepare and maintain calendars, coordinate travel planning, reservations, and arrangements, and process expense reports. Additionally, you will lead day-to-day office operations for Experian Consumer Services, liaising with facilities and technology departments for office supplies and equipment. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days in the Costa Mesa office.
