This role is hands-on in the plant and requires strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and launch leadership.

  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive issues to resolution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multiple complex projects and priorities with autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing process development for the assigned zone, including process design, equipment/tooling selection, integration, and ramp-up to steady state.
  • Own program launches and production changes by defining all product and manufacturing requirements (tooling, layouts, material flow, conveyance, automation, etc.).
  • Manage tooling, equipment, and technology projects from concept through design, build, validation, and launch, including supplier oversight.
  • Analyze and optimize material flow and support advanced process/technology development for future-state improvements.
  • Drive launch readiness and issue resolution by leading plant build events, Zone Board reviews, and participation in PDT, CIT, and other integration forums.
  • Ensure process compliance and quality, including PFMEAs, PPI execution, system deliverables (Auros, LMS), and spare-parts/design readiness.
  • Support procurement, financial reviews, and cross-functional alignment to ensure tooling and M&E requirements, budgets, safety standards, and training needs are met.
