About The Position

Executive Director - IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Hyrbrid - 3 Days ONSITE Downers Grove Are you a results-based leader looking to elevating all aspects of Duly’s infrastructure and operations team including data center, network, end-point, virtual desktop, service desk and field services? Have you had success leading cross-functional continuous improvement transformation and modernization initiatives? Are you an expert at selecting technologies and managing vendors? Have you recruited and developed IT professionals into high-performing teams?

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience
  • 10+ years of experience with complex, cloud-based enterprise environments
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Proven success in Enterprise Technology leadership roles
  • Solid technical background, with hands-on software development experience
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI, GLBA, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 etc.

Nice To Haves

  • CISSP or CISM certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Achieve world-class business results by delivering outstanding technical services and support
  • Buids a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results by championing cross-functional change initiatives
  • Works with the CISO to strengthen Duly’s overall cyber-risk posture through technology investments, process improvements, etc.
  • Directs internal teams and strategic vendors to deliver and maintain secure, reliable services
  • Designs and implements strategic vision for enterprise technical architecture.
  • Elevate operational metrics/KPIs for all service lines and drives process improvements.
  • Ensures ITSM is used efficiently and effectively. (e.g. Incident, Request, Problem, Change, etc).
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to improve Duly’s top and bottom lines
  • Build and develop a high-performing IT team, keeping skills modern and current
  • Other duties as assigned
