  • Develop and implement office practices, procedures, and policies.
  • Supervise student and clerical personnel.
  • Draft correspondence for the Chancellor and prepare internal and external reports.
  • Screen mail and organize the Chancellor's appointment calendar.
  • Make purchases for the Chancellor's Office and monitor attendance.
  • Assist with university fundraising and development efforts.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for the Chancellor.
  • Maintain computerized files on individuals associated with the University.
  • Manage the administrative office of the Aiken County Commission for Higher Education.
  • Bachelor's degree in a job-related field.
  • 3 or more years of job-related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
  • At least 5 - 7 years of administrative experience at an executive level.
