Global Educational Concepts (GEC) helps international students and professionals travel to the U.S. each year to participate in a variety of cultural exchange programs. The Exchange Visitor Program Client Success Associate assists with addressing host employer inquiries, concerns, and issues to build lasting client relationships. This position drives J-1 program compliance with federal visa regulations. The Exchange Visitor Program Client Success Associate is responsible for establishing new clients and employers while building upon existing client relations. This position provides administrative support with orientation information sessions for prospective host employers. The Exchange Visitor Program Client Success Associate coordinates various aspects of exchange visitor program management to include participant screening, school placement matching, pre-arrival logistics, school employer onboarding, continued program support, data management, site visits, national events, and post-program services. This position reports to the Program Manager and provides excellent service to team members and clients while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.
