About The Position

The Exchange Office Associate at Randolph Main Exchange performs administrative duties in support of an Exchange facility. This role is focused on providing a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Associates greet each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, keeping their needs foremost and creating a welcoming environment. They actively engage with customers and build trust relationships. Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, receiving and routing incoming calls, and providing routing or general information to the public. The position also involves performing various routine and defined administrative tasks, assisting with general office tasks such as copying, receiving, sorting, and routing incoming mail and supplies. Additionally, associates actively communicate and promote the benefits of the Military Star credit card, Exchange protection plan, and other corporate programs to customers to drive sales growth and increase customer brand loyalty. The use of a PC for routine data entry and information retrieval using appropriate systems, software, and hardware is also required. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or the equivalent.
  • Clerical/administrative office experience preferred.
  • Ability, knowledge, and skill to operate/use appropriate systems, software, and hardware.
  • May use standard accounting/office machines.
