AutoPark Honda has an outstanding opportunity for a Vehicle Exchange Coordinator to join their team and the Holman Family!

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED; previous sales experience and college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
  • Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.

Responsibilities

  • Greets customer on service drive and performs a needs analysis including service needs and history, and opportunity/desire for potential trade.
  • Assesses customer's desire to trade in their current vehicle, for an inventory vehicle, including make, type, and features of vehicle.
  • Identify and qualify potential trade-in vehicles by assessing the condition of customers' current vehicles.
  • Present trade-in offers based on the customer's vehicle history and current market value.
  • Encourage customers to consider upgrading to a new or used vehicle from the dealership.
  • Communicate customer preferences and trade in appraisals to the sales management for assignment to sales consultant.
  • Update customer records and trade-in data within the dealership's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Attends/completes required training and department meetings.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure all customers feel valued and informed during their time in the service drive.
  • Address any customer concerns or questions related to vehicle trade-ins or exchanges.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
