Requirements

Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Network Administration.
Certifications: Microsoft Exchange Server / M365 Administrator Security+
Experience: 5–8 years in email operations.
Clearance: Public Trust.

Responsibilities

Administers enterprise messaging environments, ensuring secure and available email operations.
Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 integration.
Oversee email routing, spam filtering, and backup configurations.
Ensure compliance with DOT records management and data retention policies.
Provide Tier 3 email support and configuration documentation.
