About The Position

Position Overview: The Excellence Ambassador will contribute to a range of initiatives designed to enhance the student experience within Schmid College. This role involves supporting programs, activities, and outreach efforts that aim to foster a welcoming and engaging academic environment while encouraging student success and continued progress toward degree completion.

Requirements

• Current Chapman University student in good academic standing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in student engagement, academic success, or campus involvement
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of student-focused programs and events
• Support outreach efforts that connect students with campus resources and opportunities
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and peers on initiatives that promote student engagement
• Help gather and organize feedback to inform ongoing program development
• Provide general administrative and logistical support for departmental activities
• Contribute to communication efforts, including drafting messages and organizing materials
